I wanted to post this just released MetalSucks tribute to Peter Steele because it interviews Peter’s friends, bandmates, and one of his sisters as they talk about Peter's childhood, his tours, composing, and his final days.
All I can say is that I'm so very glad to have met, known Peter when I did! He always struck me as a good down to earth, wonderful person with a great sense of humor who enjoyed doing what he did!!!! There are not enough words for everyone to put out there about how they think & feel of Peters passing! We will always have him in are hearts, minds ,souls. He will forever live there & in his music forever!!!!!
insightful, intelligently researched and in-depth piece. I am so glad Peter musical legacy and accomplishments are getting the attention and praise they deserve, to say nothing of the great man - heart and mind - behind it. thanks for sharing.
I cried upon reading that article. It was beautiful and heartbreaking all at once. I think this one really captured Peter's greatness. We love him and miss him and are still mending our broken hearts on this day with you, with love and respect Ratajczyk Family.
That was a good piece
